AUTOTIMA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Based on the Invoice and the Sales Contract, our customer has the right to request a refund or cancellation! The time limit is a maximum of 14 days, according to the date on the Invoice. Our client has the legal right to request a refund payment!
If our customer has paid in advance to reserve the unit: The reservation advance remains available for any available unit in our park! The customer can choose another unit from our park at any time or can ask for a refund of the advance payment! The unit is reserved for a maximum of 14 days. The advance is paid back in full! No commissions or other fees.
The cancellation or refund request is confirmed on the same day!
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 14 days of placing the order payment.
If the transport suffered accidents or bumps, you have the legal right to claim within 14 days Cancellation & Refunds! We have the obligation to pick up the vehicle from you, with the next transport in your area, at no cost!
If the customer receives something other than what is seen in the pictures and video, he has the right to Cancellation & Refunds ! The payment is paid in full!
Disputes regarding cancellation & refund: It is based on the Invoice and payment confirmation in PDF format. The discussion takes place on eMail or WhatsApp.
